2. The Sprinter $125
The sprinter is Active Filings’ second package, with a significant price jump. What guarantees the additional $100, you ask?
Well, the sprinter package contains all the benefits of the starter package, including incorporation service, Registered Agent Service, and so on. But it also takes it further by giving you access to membership certificates, Federal Tax ID Number (EIN) and an expedited service.
3. The Finisher $275
The final package is the finisher package, which has in it all the perks of both the starter and the sprinter, with an additional corporate seal, corporate book and an expedited service.
This package is obviously for serious businesses, and may not be suitable for small budget business owners.
Additionally, there is an S corporation election fee of $100 that can be added on to any of the packages.
